Nordic Pure 18x24x1M13+C-4 Pleated Air Filters MERV 13 Plus Carbon 4 Pack – 18x24x1 are made of electrostatically charged synthetic materials with an added flat panel infused with activated charcoal that attracts and captures most airborne particulates in your home. These filters help eliminate unwanted odors while trapping airborne dust and particulate matter for fresh, clean air. Odorous gases and vapors (VOC) are attracted to and held by the activated carbon material, all while maintaining excellent airflow properties. Manufactured with a heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board frame, these filters include a metal mesh support grid bonded to the pleats for extra durability. The permanently electrostatically charged media acts like a magnet to capture dust effectively.
