Alex Knost BMT Egg 7ft in San Diego

Condition: Excellent condition, standard mild deck pressures underfoot on the tail.  A couple of light cosmetic cracks in the gloss coat on the deck along the stringer, and at the fin box that are watertight (pictured). One or two small pressures on the bottom.

Description: The BMT Egg model from Alex is the perfect combination of flow, glide, and performance. It features a wide-point-forward outline with a pulled in and slightly rounded nose, as well as a pulled in slightly squashed tail. The rails are a great medium between knifey and full, making for a board that surf in all kinds of waves. The bottom begins with a slightly rolled entry that flows into a shallow single concave, which further transitions into a moderate spiral vee in front of the fin box that finally smooths into a vee through the exit. As far as rocker, this Egg is basically flat, with only slightest curve that nestles the board nicely into the pocket.
