Position the jack directly under the vehicle’s or equipment’s designated lifting point. Ensure the load is stable and chocked if necessary to prevent movement.Lowering the Saddle: Turn the release valve counter-clockwise slowly to lower the saddle completely. Once lowered, close the valve by turning it clockwise firmly.Positioning: Adjust the extension screw (if present and needed) by turning it clockwise until it makes contact with the lifting point.Lifting the Load: Insert the handle into the handle socket. Pump the handle steadily up and down. This will raise the ram and lift the load. Continue pumping until the desired height is reached.Securing the Load: Once the load is lifted, immediately place appropriately rated jack stands under the vehicle or equipment for support. Never work under a load supported only by a hydraulic jack.Lowering the Load: With the load supported by jack stands, slowly turn the release valve counter-clockwise to lower the jack’s ram.
