Ensure the spray gun is clean and properly assembled.Material Loading: Mix your high-solid primer or high-viscosity material according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Pour the prepared material into the 600mL gravity cup, ensuring it is securely attached to the gun.Air and Fluid Connection: Connect your air hose to the spray gun’s air inlet (G1/4″ M). Ensure your air compressor is set to the recommended atomizing air pressure of 0.29 MPa (43 PSI).Adjustments: Before spraying your workpiece, perform test sprays on a scrap surface.
