Nordic Pure 12x20x1PM10C-3 Furnace Air Filters MERV 10 Pleated Plus Carbon 3 Pack – 12x20x1 are made of a dual material where the MERV rated media is fused together with a carbon layer. These MERV 10 Plus Carbon air filters help eliminate unwanted odors while trapping airborne dust and particulate matter to provide fresh, clean air. Odorous gases and vapors (VOCs) are attracted to and held by the activated carbon material, maintaining excellent airflow. All Nordic Pure pleated air filters are manufactured with a heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board frame and include a metal mesh support grid bonded to the pleats for extra durability. The permanently electrostatically charged filter media acts like a magnet to capture dust effectively. These filters are comparable to MPR 900-1000 rated filters.
