Additionally, the oversize handcuff features the classic swing through design, push pin double lock mechanism, smooth ratcheting action, spun rivet construction. The 702C meets or exceeds the National Institute of Justice standards for workmanship, mechanical strength, tamper resistance and corrosion resistance.
