Permatex High Strength Threadlocker Red (27140) is specifically formulated to lock studs, bushings, and large fasteners securely against vibration loosening. This threadlocker is ideal for heavy-duty applications such as rocker arm studs, frame bolts, and shock absorber bolts.

The high-strength locking adhesive is designed for larger fasteners from 3/4″ to 1″ (9.5 to 25 mm), providing a reliable hold in demanding conditions. It requires heating to 500°F (260°C) for disassembly, ensuring locked fasteners stay in place even under extreme stress.
