The Safewaze 018-4001 Beam Trolley Anchor is a versatile and durable safety device designed for use on overhead horizontal I-beams. It features a lightweight aluminum body, stainless steel rail guides, and Ertalon® nylon wheels that are resistant to abrasion, heat, and chemicals. The coated steel D-ring provides a secure tie-off point. Weighing 7.1 lbs (3.2 kg), it accommodates beam flange widths ranging from 3.5″ to 14″ and thicknesses up to 1.75″. With a minimum breaking strength of 5,000 lbs, it meets ANSI weight capacity standards of 130-310 lbs (59-141 kg) and OSHA weight capacity standards up to 420 lbs (191 kg), complying with OSHA standards 1926.502, 1910.140, and 1910.66.
