Shelby Big Bull Fire Gloves Elk/Pig structural fire gloves are made from heavy-weight Grain Elk Hide backs and brushed Pigskin palms which is flame retardant, heat resistant and cut/puncture resistant for structural firefighters. Featuring a non-cracking, one-piece liner/barrier system made from Gore RT7100 fabric that is permanently sewn to the glove shell and eliminates lining pullout after repeated uses. The Patent pending Shelby Glove Finger Attachment System relays the absolute best fingertip tactility by utilizing a unique adjacent layering technique without the customary attachment technology that typically impairs fingertip touch, feel and mobility. This glove features a Nomex wristlet that extends 4″ above the wrist creases for added protection from cuts/scrapes and prevents dirt from entering the gloves. All seams are sealed with a DuPont silicone sealant which block out liquids from entering the glove. This glove is compliant and certified to NFPA 1971-2013 Edition Standard on Protective Ensemble for Structural Fire Fighting.
