One quart of our “National Rule” reducer for Flextex VT. It complies with the US “National Rule”, but it is NOT compliant with California’s VOC restrictions. If you need a California compliant reducer, you will need to get our “Zero VOC” reducer. Add Flextex VT “National Rule” Reducer to Flextex VT to achieve desired texture. The more reducer you add, the finer the texture.Packaged in a 1 quart (3.8 l) can with a screw-on cap.
