Condition: Good condition with moderate-heavy deck pressures and a few scattered small ones on the bottom. A couple of small cosmetic cracks under the top coat along the stringer. A couple of repairs on the bottom and rail. A few light cosmetic scuffs/scratches to the finish. Some light cosmetic patina top and bottom as common with EPS construction
